General Tso's Chicken

For those of you at The Refuge tonight, you were able to see the sushi eating game we had. This got me thinking about one of my favorite Asian-American dishes. You can find this meal at almost any Asian restaurant in any mall food court across the country. It goes by the name General Tso's Chicken. So, this week's question is in homage to General Tso.

"In what town was General Tso born in?"

There it is. The first person to post the correct answer wins a prize next week @ The Refuge. Good luck.
