General Tso's Chicken

For those of you at The Refuge tonight, you were able to see the sushi eating game we had. This got me thinking about one of my favorite Asian-American dishes. You can find this meal at almost any Asian restaurant in any mall food court across the country. It goes by the name General Tso's Chicken. So, this week's question is in homage to General Tso.

"In what town was General Tso born in?"

It is finally here...

Starting this week and going for at least three weeks, we will tackling the idea of character and integrity in our daily lives. Wear your best kung-fu, ninja, samurai, sumo, karate outfit. I'll be there in a vintage Karate Kid t-shirt. Don't hate... "wax on, wax off"

BARF Night Re-dux

Due to Tropical Storm Fay, we will be rescheduling BARF night for a later date. We will, however, still be having service in The Refuge. We just want BARF night to be full of people. With the storm coming through, we were not sure that we would have a full house. See you in The Refuge @ 6:30 this Wednesday night.
